What is your role at Dunedin IT?
I provide IT support to all of our clients via the helpdesk, through remote desktop support, and on-site visits.
What Qualifications do you hold?
I graduated in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from Heriot Watt University.
Why did you get into computing?
I had always used computers whilst growing up, and when I reached my later years of high school, it seemed an appropriate industry for me to focus on considering the rapid and vast development of computing in both the home and workplace.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
I’d like to see myself as a valued member of the Dunedin IT team, providing a consistent and high level of IT support, and helping the business develop and expand.
Career highlights so far?
Running my own local IT support business after graduating from university, before being given the chance to join Dunedin IT, where I am constantly adding to my skills, knowledge, and experience within the industry.
You’re Passions?
My main passions outside IT are music, football, films, gaming and socialising with friends/meeting new people.
