Microsoft Hosted Exchange and iPhone
Like Windows Mobile the Apple iPhone works straight out of the box with Microsoft Hosted Exchange. It fully synchronise with your contacts, calendars and email. Setting up the phone with your company is a very simple process.
Configuring the iPhone
1) From the front page of your iPhone tap on Settings
2) Next tap on “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” under settings
3) On the next screen tap on “Add Account..”
4) Enter your email address and use your email address as the username too. You also need your Email Password (Not your Windows password!). Click on next.
5) On the next screen you only need to enter the following line for the server, then click on next
red002.mail.emea.microsoftonline.com
6) On the next screen simply click on Save button. The iPhone should now start synchronise itself which may take 5 minutes or so.
