We work with organisations ranging from single-person startups to teams of around 300. The type of support simply varies depending on the size and structure of the business.

Smaller organisations (1–20 people) often rely on us for everything: support, cyber security, backups, projects, and daily advice. They benefit greatly because we can be hands-on with both the technical and human aspects of their IT.

As organisations grow (20–100), the relationship usually becomes more structured — scheduled support, planned improvements, clearer processes, and help shaping how IT develops as the business scales.

From around 100–300 people, there’s normally an internal IT person or a small team. In those situations, we slot in alongside them: escalation, projects, Microsoft 365, cyber improvements, vendor management, and anything else that helps them stay on top of things without being overwhelmed.
