2021 has been a challenging year, no matter your line of business. Virtually every organisation has had to change and adapt as the world around us, and your customers, have done likewise.
We’ve seen a real acceleration in the adoption of technologies aimed at delivering more flexible ways of working, whilst trying to ensure that customer data remains secure, robust, and accessible for staff.
Dunedin IT continues to invest in the future – this year we added a number of new faces to the team and we’ll be deploying a fantastic new service management tool next year to further improve our business processes and your overall experience.
